Allie’s Happy Tail: From Under a House to a Forever Hug

Allie was one of ten puppies born into the dirt beneath a house. Malnourished, riddled with parasites, and heading for a grim future, the entire litter was rescued by a dedicated DARS volunteer. Through round-the-clock care, all ten were brought back to health and prepared for adoption.

Allie’s story didn’t end there—it just began. She found her forever home and, more importantly, a best friend for life. From her earliest days curled up in her new sister’s lap, to growing into a loyal companion who still leans in for hugs, Allie is surrounded by a family who loves her deeply.

What started in darkness became a story of devotion, rescue, and the kind of bond only a dog and child can share.
