​"I Care for Animals" Car Tag Program Caring for Mississippi's animals has never been so simple. Your purchase of an “I Care for Animals” car tag will help homeless, injured and abused animals around the state. The fund supports spay/neuter and other animal welfare programs. Help us help them.
